About bookings

  • Skin By Suluka has an online booking system. Once following the prompts to the booking page you will have a range or services to choose from. Once on the booking page click the heading 'services' on the left to open up every treatment broken down into detail. You will be required to pay a deposit to secure your desired time slot.

    Skin By Suluka's online booking is currently turned off as the books are closed. This has been decided while we are not accepting new clients at this time to save confusion.

    If you are an existing client you can message enquiries@skinbysuluka or the Instagram page to book an appointment directly with our Therapist Jen.

    Existing clients means you have had an appointment at skin BY Suluka before or have an appointment booked in and deposit paid.

  • The 'Effortlessly You Treatments' are the full package. Suitable for all skin types, concerns and goals. They target your skin individual concern with every 'Effortlessly You' facial tailored specially for your needs. However, all Skin By Suluka treatments can be tailored to your specific and individual needs. This means you can book any treatment, no matter your skin type. Every treatment has an individual breakdown explaining the benefits of each treatment on the online booking page. It is suggested to book the treatment that sounds most desirable to you for your skin goals.

  • All treatments are extremely popular on rotation. All fresh faces have different concerns, needs and want. What might be one clients favorite, may not be yours and that is okay. First time fresh faces historically book a 'Something More' treatment or the Deluxe Dermaplane treatment as these are two treatments that have been around the longest and gain fantastic fresh face results.

    The Something More is the original treatment Skin By Suluka opened with. It has everything from your traditional treatments including a facial, neck, shoulder, arm, hand massage with a Skin By Suluka twist.

    The Deluxe Dermaplane not only offers the incredible Dermaplane Epidermal Leveling treatment to remove dead skin cells and vellus hair (peach fuzz) for an instant glow up but also is the luxe that you need. Enjoy a facial, neck, shoulder, arm, hand massage with a Skin By Suluka twist.

  • Your appointments and well-being are essential to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. We would love for you to reschedule your appointment if you need to make adjustments to your schedule.

    If you need to reschedule, you can do this by going online or follow the prompts in your confirmation email. It will show you the next available slot for you and choose what works best for your schedule.

    Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 30% of the reserved services. As this deposit is already taken, you will not be required to make a payment.

  • This website is operated by Skin By Suluka. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Skin By Suluka. SKin By Suluka offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

    By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms & Conditions”, "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or on any other site or platform run by Skin By Suluka. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

    Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

  • By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms as amended from time to time. If you are uncertain about any of the terms of service, please contact Skin By Suluka before the completion of any purchase. Your continued use of the site following posting of any changes or modifications constitutes your acceptance of such changes or modifications and if you do not agree with these changes or modifications, you must immediately cease using the site. For this reason, you should frequently review these terms and conditions and any other applicable Customer Policies, including their dates, to understand the Agreement that applies to your purchases through the site.

  • Skin By Suluka unfortunately does not accept refunds or exchange for change of mind or if you feel unsatisfied with any of the products you have purchased and received. Please choose your products carefully and contact Skin By Suluka if you're not sure what is suitable for your skin before completing your online order.

    Refunds will only be honoured on faulty products, in which they will need to be returned to the store for testing within 7 days of receiving your order before a refund is issued. No faulty products will be considered for return beyond 7 days of receiving your order. You may return the faulty products in person to the store located on the Central Coast or ship them back to us to receive a refund of the product returned and shipping fees, with proof of receipt emailed.

  • Skin By Suluka is not responsible for any delays or issues that may occur during the shipping process from Australia Post. Shipping is only accepted within Australia. Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

  • All online orders include a standard shipping cost of $15 for Australia only. Free shipping for orders over $250. Free in store pick up is available to select during the checkout process. Skin By Suluka must be contacted to organise a date and time for pick up.

    The use of this website and these conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under the laws of Australia. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia

Other Terms

  • Zippay and Afterpay are both available in salon and online.

    You requested it and here it is! Now you’ll never need to choose between your skincare dreams or that second bottle of wine.

    When booking an appointment with Skin By Suluka, you will be required to pay a 30% security deposit (the value is decided automatically from the total of the treatment booked)

    On the day of your treatment, you now have the option to pay the remaining 70% value with afterpay or zippay in the salon. Other payment options such as cash, card and gift card are also available.

    T&c ~ the afterpay/zippay total must be over or equal to the value of $100

  • Skin By Suluka has the right to refuse any treatment during the consultation if she feels there might be contradictions, hygiene concerns or any personal reason. Skin By Suluka apologises in advance if you're disappointed however Skin By Suluka follows The Work Health and Safety Act 2011 & The Public Health Act 2010.

    Being that Skin By Suluka is a home salon, Jen has the rights to refuse a service at anytime if it makes her uncomfortable for any reason.

  • At Skin By Suluka we take privacy very seriously. For the safety of all client, we maintain records of any health or medical conditions which may indicate that a particular service or treatment should not go ahead (eg allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions) or a particular product that should not be used (eg products containing nuts, fish oils etc).

    Skin By Suluka will not sell or disclose the clients personal information/details to any third party without the customers consent unless in the purpose of purchase/deposit/delivery or if necessary to comply with laws, investigations or legal proceedings.

  • Skin By Suluka is a home salon located on the Central Coast, NSW - North of Sydney. In a beautiful coastal town called Bateau Bay.

    Being a home-based salon, the address is shared privately upon booking. It is asked to keep in mind you're being welcomed into a home salon, home being the keyword. During your consultation, you will be asked to sign a confidential agreement that you will not share the address under any circumstances unless approved by Skin By Suluka. ​

    Once you have booked your appointment, you will be given the address. If you not have booked your appointment and you have not been given the address.
